What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing an annual subscription license for IdentitySuite. During the subscription period, all features included in your plan are fully available. After expiration, IdentitySuite continues to work in FREE mode (1 client / 100 users). Licenses do not renew automatically.
Do the plans differ in features?
All plans include the same product and capabilities. The only differences are the usage limits (clients/users) and the support level included.
How does the purchase process work?
You can purchase a license directly from the pricing page using the PayPal button. Once the payment is completed, your license key will be generated and delivered by email within 24 hours. PayPal also allows you to pay using all major credit and debit cards, even without a PayPal account.
Can I request a temporary preview license?
Yes. If you’re not fully convinced yet, you can request a temporary preview license for the plan you’re interested in. We will generate and send your license within 24 hours.
The preview license remains active for 7 days after delivery.
If we receive the payment within that period, the license becomes fully valid. If no payment is received, the license is automatically deactivated at the end of the 7‑day and you will be able to continue using the application in free mode.

Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade cost is calculated based on the remaining months of your subscription, using a fixed billing cycle that runs from the 15th of each month to the 15th of the next month.
  • If you request the upgrade on or before the 15th, the current month is included in the calculation.
  • If you request the upgrade after the 15th, the calculation starts from the next billing month.
You only pay the difference between your current plan and the higher plan for the remaining billing months. Downgrades are not allowed.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You may request a 100% refund within 14 days from the date the payment is received. No conditions or explanations are required.
Can I use the license in multiple projects?
A paid license is valid for one installation. The FREE version may be used in multiple projects without restrictions.
What does “preview” mean in the Free plan?

Preview features are functionalities that Free plan users can access for a limited 30-day evaluation period. During this time, you can explore the full capabilities of these features without restrictions and see how they fit your workflow.

After the 30-day preview period ends, the feature becomes unavailable in the Free plan. You can continue using it by upgrading your subscription.
