What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing an annual subscription license for IdentitySuite. During the subscription period, all features included in your plan are fully available. After expiration, IdentitySuite continues to work in FREE mode (3 clients / 100 users). Licenses do not renew automatically.
Do the plans differ in features?
All plans include the same product and capabilities. The only differences are the usage limits (clients/users) and the support level included.
How does the purchase process work?
You can purchase a license directly from the pricing page using the PayPal button. Once the payment is completed, your license key is generated and delivered by email immediately — no waiting required. PayPal also allows you to pay using all major credit and debit cards, even without a PayPal account. If anything goes wrong with the automatic delivery, we'll follow up by email.
Can I try before I buy?
There's no separate preview license: since your license key is delivered immediately after payment, you can start using the full product right away. If it's not a fit, you're covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee — see the refund question below.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. We use a simple daily pro-rata: you pay only the price difference between your current plan and the higher plan, for the days remaining in your current subscription year. Downgrades are not allowed.
Can I run staging or development environments?
Yes. Paid licenses are single-deployment, bound to your production installation. For staging and development environments, simply run IdentitySuite without activating a license — it operates in Free mode, which is fully functional within its usage limits.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You may request a 100% refund within 14 days from the date the payment is received. No conditions or explanations are required.
Can I use the license in multiple projects?
A paid license is valid for one installation. The FREE version may be used in multiple projects without restrictions.
Does the Free plan include the same features as the paid plans?

Yes. The Free plan includes the same product and features as the paid plans, permanently — including Dashboard, Inline Help, Theme Builder and Email Template Builder. The only differences between plans are the usage limits (clients/users) and the support level included.
