What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing an annual subscription license for IdentitySuite. During the subscription period, all features included in your plan are fully available. After expiration, IdentitySuite continues to work in FREE mode (1 client / 100 users).
Do the plans differ in features?
All plans include the same product and capabilities. The only differences are the usage limits (clients/users) and the support level included.
How does the purchase process work?
You request a license through the contact form. The license is activated immediately and you have 7 business days to complete the payment via PayPal. All payment details, including the PayPal address, are included in the email that contains your license. If payment is not received within the allowed period, the license will be automatically suspended.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. The upgrade cost is calculated based on the remaining months of your subscription, using a fixed billing cycle that runs from the 15th of each month to the 15th of the next month.
  • If you request the upgrade on or before the 15th, the current month is included in the calculation.
  • If you request the upgrade after the 15th, the calculation starts from the next billing month.
You only pay the difference between your current plan and the higher plan for the remaining billing months. Downgrades are not allowed.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. You may request a 100% refund within 14 days from the date the payment is received. No conditions or explanations are required.
Can I use the license in multiple projects?
A paid license is valid for one installation. The FREE version may be used in multiple projects without restrictions.
