Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, activation, use, and renewal of IdentitySuite licenses. By requesting or using a license, you agree to these terms.
IdentitySuite is a software product distributed under a commercial license. It is not a hosted service; you install and operate the software within your own infrastructure.
2. License Model
IdentitySuite is sold as an annual subscription license. A subscription grants access to all features included in the selected plan for a period of 12 months from the activation date.
When the subscription expires, IdentitySuite automatically switches to FREE mode, which allows:
- 1 client
- 100 users
The software remains fully functional within these limits.
3. License Scope
A paid license is valid for one installation. The FREE version may be used in multiple projects without restrictions.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, or resell the software.
4. Plan Differences
All plans include the same software and features. Plans differ only in:
- Usage limits (number of clients and users)
- Support level included in the subscription
5. Purchase Process
Licenses are issued manually upon request through the contact form. Once requested:
- The license is activated immediately
- You have 7 business days to complete the payment
- Payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal
- All payment instructions, including the PayPal address, are provided in the email containing your license
If payment is not received within 7 business days, the issued license will be automatically suspended.
6. Upgrade Policy
You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The upgrade cost is calculated based on the remaining billing months of your subscription.
IdentitySuite uses a fixed billing cycle that runs from the 15th of each month to the 15th of the next month.
- If the upgrade is requested on or before the 15th, the current billing month is included.
- If the upgrade is requested after the 15th, the upgrade starts from the next billing month.
You pay only the difference between the price of your current plan and the higher plan for the remaining billing months.
Downgrades are not permitted.
7. Renewal
At the end of the subscription period, you may renew your license by purchasing a new annual subscription. If you choose not to renew, the software continues to operate in FREE mode.
8. Refund Policy
You may request a 100% refund within 14 days from the date the payment is received. No justification is required.
Refunds are not available after this period. If a refund is issued, the associated license will be immediately deactivated.
9. Updates and Maintenance
During the subscription period, you receive:
- All updates and improvements released for your licensed version
- Security patches
- Bug fixes
Major version upgrades may require a new license or an upgrade fee.
10. Support
Support availability depends on your selected plan. Higher-tier plans include priority support and extended assistance. Support is provided via email unless otherwise specified.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
- Circumvent license restrictions
- Use the software for unlawful purposes
- Share license keys or access credentials with third parties
Violations may result in license suspension.
12. Liability
IdentitySuite is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for:
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the software is at your own responsibility.
13. Privacy
IdentitySuite does not collect or transmit personal data unless explicitly configured by the user. Any data processed by the software remains under your control and within your infrastructure.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. Changes will be published on this page and become effective immediately.
